A channel isn't working: what to check

One channel down is usually the source. All channels down is usually the log-in or the server address.

Is it one channel or all of them?

What you see Likely cause Try
One channel black or loading That source is down Another version of the channel; tell us which

Channel missing from the list Renamed or moved Search by name, refresh playlist

How do you refresh the playlist?

  • TiviMate: Settings → Playlists → your playlist → Update playlist.
  • IPTV Smarters Pro: the refresh icon on the home screen, or log out and in.
  • IBO Player: reload the playlist on the IBO website, then restart the app.

When should you message us?

When one channel stays down for more than an hour, or everything fails after you have checked the end date. Tell us the channel name exactly as it appears.

Readers also ask

Why has a channel disappeared from my list?
Channels are sometimes renamed or moved between groups. Search for it by name, and refresh the playlist in the app's settings.
What does 'stream not found' mean?
The app reached the server but that channel's stream is not available at that moment. Try again in a few minutes, or try another version of the channel.
Why do all channels stop at the same time?
The subscription may have ended, the server address may have changed, or the provider is down. Check your end date first.
