Readers also ask

Where do the figures come from?
From Census 2021 for England and Wales, published by the Office for National Statistics through the Nomis service: country of birth (TS012), main language (TS024) and ethnic group (TS021).
Can I get channels from my home country?
The line-up includes channel groups for many countries and languages. Each community page lists the channels people ask about most; we confirm specific channels in writing before you buy.
Why is Scotland not included in the figures?
Scotland held its census in 2022 and Northern Ireland publishes its own, with different tables. These pages use the England and Wales census so the figures are comparable.
