Get your log-in
Within minutes: a server address, username and password, plus the link for your app.
Set up and watch
Follow the guide for your device, or ask us to talk you through it. You have 24 hours from the first sign-in.

Do I need a card for the free trial?

How quickly does the trial arrive?
Usually within a few minutes during our hours, every day, 9am to 11pm UK time. Requests after 11pm are answered from 9am.
What happens when the 24 hours end?
The log-in stops working and nothing is charged. If you liked it, choose a plan and we extend the same log-in, so there is nothing to set up again.
Can I have a second trial?
One trial per household. If something went wrong during yours, tell us and we will sort it out.
What should I test during the trial?
