1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and the company shown at the foot of every page (“IPTV UK”, “we”). They apply when you start a trial or buy a plan.
2. What you get
Access to our IPTV service for the term and number of screens you choose: live channels, a TV guide where available, and an on-demand library. The line-up changes from time to time as channels are added or removed. We describe it in writing on request before you pay.
3. Trials
One free trial of 24 hours per household. We may decline repeat trial requests.
4. Payment and renewal
You pay the full price of the plan in advance by one of the methods we offer. Prices are final, with nothing added at checkout. Plans do not renew automatically. We remind you before the end date.
5. Screens and use
Each plan covers a single household. The number of screens is the number of devices that may stream at the same time. You must not resell, share publicly or rebroadcast the service. We may suspend an account that streams from many places at once.
6. Refunds and cancelling
You may cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of payment for any reason. After that, see our refund policy. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected.
7. Service problems
If a fault on our side stops the service for longer than a full day, we extend your plan by the time lost. Short interruptions can happen with any internet service.
8. Your responsibilities
You need a suitable device, broadband and, for live TV, a TV licence. You must use the service lawfully and keep your log-in private.
9. Changes to these terms
We will tell you about material changes before your next payment. The version on this page applies to new purchases from the date shown.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
