Refunds and cancelling

Fourteen days, full refund, any reason. After that, fair treatment if something goes wrong.

Updated · By the IPTV UK editorial desk

How do you ask for a refund?

Send a WhatsApp message or email with your username and the word “refund”. That is all. We confirm, close the account and send the money back.

How does this compare with the law?

The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give a 14-day right to cancel most purchases made online, but for digital services that right can end once you start using the service. Our policy gives you the full 14 days regardless, on top of your statutory rights.

What happens after 14 days?

Situation What we do
The service stops working for more than 24 hours because of us Extend your plan by the time lost, or refund the unused months if you prefer
We cannot fix a problem with your device within 7 days of you telling us Refund the unused months
You change your mind No refund after 14 days, but nothing renews, so you are never charged again

How long does it take?

We process refunds within 5 working days. Card and PayPal refunds can take a few more days to appear, depending on your bank.
