Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is the company whose name and number appear at the foot of every page. Contact us through the contact page for anything about your data.
What do we collect, and why?
| Data | Why | Legal basis (UK GDPR) |
|---|---|---|
| Phone number or email | To send your log-in and reply to you | Contract |
| Username and service end date | To run your account | Contract |
| Device type, when you tell us | To help with set-up | Contract |
| Payment record (amount, date, method, reference) | To take payment and keep accounts | Contract and legal obligation |
| Messages you send | To answer and to handle complaints | Legitimate interest |
Full card numbers stay with the payment provider; they never reach us.
What do we not do?
We do not sell or share data for advertising, use tracking pixels, or set cookies that follow you. The website sets no tracking cookies at all.
How long do we keep it?
- Trial-only contacts: deleted 90 days after the trial.
- Customers: for as long as you have a plan, then 12 months.
- Payment records: six years, as UK tax law requires.
Who else sees it?
Our payment providers, our messaging and email providers, and our hosting provider, each only for their part of the service. If any of them process data outside the UK, they do so under safeguards recognised by UK law.
What are your rights?
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to processing, or ask us to move it. We reply within one month. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
