Where are the options in each app?

App During playback

How do you fix out-of-sync sound?

Try, in order: switch the app’s video player; turn off the TV’s or soundbar’s sound processing; set the device audio to stereo; use the app’s audio delay setting.

Can you get channels in other languages?

Why are there no subtitles on a live channel?
Live subtitles come from the broadcaster and are not always carried in the stream. Films and series in the library more often have subtitle tracks.
Why is there no sound on one channel?
The audio format may not be supported by your device. Switch the app's player, or set the device's audio output to PCM or stereo.
How do I fix sound that is ahead of the picture?
Use the app's audio delay option, or turn off sound modes such as surround processing on the TV or soundbar.
