How do screens work?

Plan Devices with the log-in Streaming at the same time
1 screen Any number 1
2 screens Any number 2
3 screens Any number 3

What happens if you go over?

The extra device usually shows a “maximum connections” message, or one of the others stops. Close the app fully on devices you are not using; some keep a stream open in the background.

How do you add a screen?

Message us with your username. We upgrade the account the same day, and you pay only the difference for the months left. Prices for each screen count are on the pricing page.

How many screens does a family need?

Can a friend in another home use my plan?
No: each plan covers a single household, and simultaneous streams from two addresses trigger our security checks.
What does adding a screen cost?
The difference between your plan and the bigger plan, for the time left on it. Message us and we calculate it.
