“Subscription” makes IPTV sound like Netflix, and in one way it is: you pay, you sign in, you watch. The differences are in what you sign in to and how the plans are built.
What do you actually receive?
After payment you get three things, usually by WhatsApp or email:
- A server address (a web address, sometimes called the portal or DNS)
- A username and password
- Or an M3U playlist link that carries all three in one line
You type them into a player app, TiviMate for instance, or IPTV Smarters Pro, and the app fills with channel groups, a TV guide and a library.
How do screens and terms work?
| One month | Three months | Six months | Twelve months | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 screen | £14.99 | £34.99 | £49.99 | £74.99 |
| 2 screens | £21.99 | £49.99 | £71.99 | £104.99 |
| 3 screens | £28.99 | £64.99 | £94.99 | £134.99 |
Longer terms cost less a month: twelve months on one screen works out at £6.25 a month, a saving of 58% against paying monthly. Every plan has the same channels and the same library.
What should you check in the terms?
- Renewal. Does it renew by itself? Ours does not.
- Refunds. UK law gives you 14 days to cancel most online purchases, but digital services can lose that right once you start using them. We give a full refund within 14 days anyway; see our refund policy.
- Screens. What happens if a fourth device tries to watch on a three-screen plan? Usually the newest one is refused.
- Upgrades. Can you add a screen halfway through? We charge only the difference for the time left.
